Cons -

I wasn¿t thrilled about the complete inflexibility regarding their cancellation policy. I contacted them an hour after having made the reservation, two months before travel, and the greedily refused to even consider allowing a change. It all turned out ok
The hotel charged me for 3 days when I only stayed for 2. The staff was very unwilling to resolve the issue
