An amazing stay, the facilities like the pool, the gym, the laundry room, so much value for the price

The first night I couldn't sleep as a glitch on the TV made it turn on automatically like every 10 minutes. I complained, and they just gave me a free coffee, which I don't think makes up for improper sleep. Later on, when I asked for a late checkout, they said it was 25 euros an hour. When I brought up the issue the first day, they didn't really care much about it.

Nice hotel with welcoming staff and easy check-in and good facilities.The room was quiet and the location as well.

House keeping services are so bad, they didn't clean the room properly, they didn't remove the trash, didn't change used cups, and didn't clean the toilet well.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bathroom had a damp, musty smell, and the ventilation did not seem effective.

There was a good assortment to choose from. We had to hurry out the morning we ate the breakfast buffet. It was slightly expensive for what we were able to have that morning.

Our shower drain seemed slow and the soap and shampoo shelf was tilted down, therefore one of the bottles slid off the shelf breaking the pump dispenser. Possibly the placement of the shelf could be moved.

We stayed for 2 nights and everything went smoothly. The rooms were a bit smaller than expected, but the staff were always smiling, very helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made the stay very pleasant.The rooftop is a real added value, with a nice café and a well-designed space. The area felt safe, public transportation is nearby, and we chose to walk around most of the time, which worked out great.

Nothing major other than the small room size. The shower drainage could use some maintenance, but it didn’t significantly affect our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we would recommend it.

The property was very welcoming and well appointed. The restaurant and rooftop bar were both enjoyable and nicely decorated and food was great.

The location to central sites.

Great amenities, lobby, food options cafeteria space. The buffet is worth it. Very friendly staff. The Hotel is close to a subway line that takes you to Barcelona center, but it is far from the main attractive of the city.

Everything was great. One of the best places to stay in Barcelona I will definitely visit again. Great facilities great staff great rooms and the area is very safe and quiet.

Easy auto check-in, staff was around to help though.Nice co-working zones, 3 elevators to come and go quick, rooftop bar is really nice. Room was decent as well.

The bed was very confortable, there was a lot of space in the bathroom, great hairdryer. Plug as near to the bed which is useful.

It wasn't giving clean impression: dust over some elements, hair in bathroom, sink wasn't completely clean, white marks on the dark floor in the shower. Considering that the price for one night is 150+ euros, it is way overpriced.

Outstanding attention to detail in the renovation of these rooms. Storage where it was needed, efficient use of space, and an eye for what would make the client's stay easier.

Parking was awkward, with limited hotel parking, and a system that required the staff giving you access to the parking lot.

I stayed there while also working remotely and I wasn't expecting this place is a hype point for people that works remotely. The hotel facilities was great and working space was also spectacular. I really enjoyed my stay here and definitely think to come back again in the near future.

It was very modern and had a great millenial vibe to it.

It was a little farther away from the city center. Hiwever, my adukt don said the train stop was conveniently close by snd was able to teavrl into the city with no issues.

Clean, well constructed and the garden in front is very beautiful
