The staff were very friendly, a 10/10!

The hotel was very dated. The online photos made it look nicer than it was. Carpets were dirty and our room needed a fresh coat of paint. Also, some of the vinyl plank flooring had shifted.

They had a spa even though I didn't have time to experience it during my stay. Also grocery store close by.

The room wasn't quite what I was expecting. Some carpeting was stained and I hadn't set down in the room 10mins and I see ants crawling on table underneath TV.

The woman at the desk was very friendly and informative. The rooms unexpectedly spacious!

How close it was to the port.

Everything was good except a lot of construction in the area.

Nice big family room. Comfy beds. Shower had fabric power. Breakfast was lovely. Nice and quiet and everything we wanted.

The spa looks great on the photos and the kids would have loved it. However even if it had been open (closed when we arrived and didn’t open until check out) only one kid would have been allowed due to age and it was expensive. Rules are rules. These ones didn’t suit my group but I knew that before arrival. Everything else was great!

Nice hotel, good location but rooms lack some of the basics.Expensive for what you get.

Better attention from housekeeping in providing/restocking items for rooms.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

The hotel was a little tired and needed some decoration in places. Unfortunately, i had to spend 1 day in the room due to illness, and the TV in the room was very poor, offering very little channels and no streaming service at all. The carpets in the corridor outside the room were very badly stained in places, and the bathrooms and general standard of the room was quite tired and required some attention.

Very helpful staff, rooms always cleaned if requested

Quite far out from touristy places, saw several silverfish bugs in my room during my stay. Beds not comfy, aircon didn’t really work so it was cooler to have the door open but too noisy to do that overnight.

I stayed at the property last year and it was amazing. On returning this year the staff were dis-interested. The bathroom had mould and rotting doors, damaged walls in the bedroom, loose and removed electrics (on the LED tape) The beds were 2 twins put together that ment you ended up falling into the seam area.for the price paid it was certainly not worth it

Rooms are old and carpet in corridors really old and walls are dirty , spa always booked no space this hotel shouldn’t be advertised as 4 stars , i trusted booking.com but iam dissappointed

Most of The front desk staff are very rude and unprofessional and unfriendly , But Mr. Jusaph N. Silva - at night shift and Mr. Xavi the bellman there were hospitable and friendly.The room rate was over priced in respect to the room facility The room setup is poor , especially the AC system and furniture.I didn’t like the hotel at all and I will never recommend it to any one especially for the bad behavior of the front desk staff.

Friendly staff, location.It was nice of them to provide bottled water every day.

Great location and staff, city center and metro are nearby. Breakfast is great and a bit pricy. Shops and restraunts around the corner.

Sound insulation just doesn't exist in the hotel, you can be awake at night due to noise from the room next door even if someone just talks there or opens the door.Hotel and rooms are a bit tired and need better cleaning/renovation.

The hotel is excellent location, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean

The receptionist that did the check in was great. The room was really clean.

It doesn’t include breakfast and the price is expensive compared with other hotel on the area.

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and we didn't feel rushed. We are appreciative of the ease in getting to the port and how staff readily assisted us in all of our needs.

We had difficulty adjusting the room temperature.

We loved this hotel the first time we visited a few years ago, it was just as we remembered it. Our only comment is that the bathroom looked tired and it had some stains on the wall.. That said we had a great time and will definitely return. It's in a perfect location and staff are a brilliant..

There were little supplies of tea/coffee, would be nice to have milk provided as had to ask for this. The bathroom as mentioned above..

The breakfast

The hotel is very old, nothing like the photos. You have to pay 16€ to use the SPA that is not advertised anywhere, the carpets of the corridors are so old. The double bed are two singles ones put together and you can feel the springs, very incofortable.

Cute hotel and nice staff!

I love that Rituals toiletries are used but we only had the shower gel in the room and I had to request the shampoo conditioner and lotion.
