Poor
very dirty hallways and room. Carpet is torn off and scruffy. Felt really rundown down. Need a proper uplift of the room.
The room was comfortable, clean and the staff was very welcoming, I recommend this place.
The comfort and the cleanless on the hotel
Very handy for the station, warm comfy and good standards. Nice breakfast, good choice
Restaurant closed when we hoped to have dinner
Close to Barcelona Sants train station and steps from the metro. Good restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Quiet room. Very clean.
Location is good. The room was ok with the facilities.
Not clean and staff were not very welcoming.
Great location, comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. Very nice and helpful staff.
Every thing was to our liking no complaints whatsoever.
Our room had a lot of extra towels and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast was also pretty good, with a wide variety of fruit, pastries, cheeses, and other things. I accidentally forgot a jacket in the hotel room closet and after notifying the hotel, they sent a link to a form so they can ship it back! Great staff and great service! The location is also super convenient as it’s really close to the train station, supermarkets, and one of the malls.
Our room was on the third floor with a city view. It was a but noisy at night with everyone outside talking while we tried to get some sleep. The bathroom sink also didn’t drain properly but we didn’t mind since we were only there for one night.
impecable. Perfect bed perfect amenities
I like that hotel and go each time I go to Barcelona. The zone is not the most appropriate but is quite safe
location , close to train station so suited our one night stay
no coffee in room , tea yes but no coffee
We didn’t have breakfast.Strange for Spain there was no food available at either the bar or restaurant after 22.00hrs only room service. We did eat a sandwich next day, it was ok.
A smile and a welcome would be a good start.
The room was comfortable, clean and the staff was very welcoming, I recommend this place.
The comfort and the cleanless on the hotel
Hotel position is great, right next to the Metro station and close to the city center. Staff is very nice and professional.
Everything was excellent.
Location is very good, with 2 main subway lines very close to the hotel
There was no view from the window
Good size of the room, comfy beds, clean room, and breakfast. Staff is very friendly and polite.
We needed a hotel between trains. Easy walk to the station. Nice staff and rooms.
I really liked the room. It was big, clean and we got our wish for a bathtub. The cleaning was done properly and the staff was kind. The metro station and bus station was really close to the hotel. The hotel also had 24 hour supermarkets around.
Sometime the taxi took some time to get to the hotel. But overall very nice experience.
