Ilunion Bel Art

Staff was helpful and professional. The hotel is in a tranquil residential neighborhood, but close to sights walking or via metro. I particularly liked relaxing in the park across street. The hotel itself was in great condition and very comfortable.

Location is a five min walking to La Sagrada Familia, excellent. About 10 min on the cab to the center, and 15 minutes to the beach. Staff is very professional and helpful. Special thank you to hotel employee

Window opened for fresh air

Rooms was very small no room to open 2 small suitcases, except on the bed.

It was very clean and the staff was nice. They had a shaving kit and toothbrushes if you forgot yours. The rain shower was my favorite part about the room. This was very much a business hotel. They had a scale in the lobby that you could weigh luggage

So we thought that the two twin beds would at least share sheets but they were separate. That could be a positive for some people but my spouse and I were a little irritated by it.

Location Quiet Accommodating

The price was very reasonable.

rooms are very small. Strange odor and not very nice beds.

Good location in nice area but nowhere near Park Guell as advertised.

Shower was a dribble. Breakfast very average and staff useless and just played tv on their phone really loud, were not around, spoke little English. Seemed very understaffed. The guy who checked me in was weird.

Great hotel with breakfast included. Amazing location in easy walk to many main attraction. Comfy bed and pillow

Cleaning. Good location.

No coffee in the reception.

I liked the room. I liked the closeness to the main station. It is centrally located.

Maybe add another blanket to the room, as an optional addition to the bed cover. Other than that, I cannot think of anything. Thank you!

The hotel is close to a metro station. The staff at the reception is very good.

Bathroom equipment was broken is some places - towel holders, hangers. Too dark lighting in the room.

I admire that 85 percent of the hotel's staff consists of people with self-identified disabilities.

Some front desk staff needed additional training. Otherwise, they were excellent. The room desk and chair were not comfortable for working.

I liked the size of the room and the closet space

The bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was some dust and hair on the floor. There were some ants in there as well. The price was high for the area and quality of the hotel.

Everything was great - location is quite convenient, the facilities are new and clean, the breakfast was tasty

Parking could’ve been free and more spacious, the room was quite small as well, we had to unpack the second suitcase just by the entrance door. We also had an incident when the cook didn’t want to let us in for the breakfast, as he didn’t see in the system it had been paid, and we were in a hurry, so could waste time waiting for them to resolve this.

Relatively clean room, matches the photos provided. The location is a little further from the center, one needs public transportation to get to all the major sights except the Sagrada Familia, but transportation is good and affordable so overall the location was ok.

The bathroom (and then also the room, if the bathroom door was not closed) smelled like a cesspool, both after flushing the toilet and after returning from the day or waking up at night. Very unpleasant.

It was an easy check in and room was comfortable! They had a fridge, spacious bathroom, even small closet and drawers for clothes storing. Lots of things close by

We were told gym access was only M-F so we didn’t have that amenity for two days of our stay. Small things but our toilet stopped working and hairdryer seemed to have a circuit issue. They did send maintenance but even that took a few hours. Luckily we were out and about

Good location near Sagrada Familia and Metro. Nice room with a Coffee machine inside.

Hotel Parking is too small and complicated to move and park

Staff

Little light in the room. No balcony. Everything is a little too old. I would not rate it a 4 star.

The room and hotel were clean, the room had air conditioning which actually works ?, and the location was near cafes and restaurants. But if someone is traveling with heavy luggage is difficult to walk uphill. The staff was very professional and the breakfast buffet had quite options. And the option of paying per day for breakfast is very Convenient

Great location, walking distance to underground/bus etc. We only needed it for night time and did the job perfectly. No noise or disturbance.
