Close to old town, store all over the place. Staff were nice and. helpful

We were given a room in 2nd floor, we have to use the stairways to go up and down difficult for our knees.The people in the street were very noisy.At 2am people passing bye were yelling to each other.We were not able to get enough sleep.Noisy place .

Great location and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

It was very difficult to understand how to get the shower to give hot water. But I did figure it out and the shower was nice and warm and the room was great for the money spent.

I didn’t like having to pay to check in early. I didn’t ask for it but as offered an early check in. It seems if the room is ready I should be able to get in the room without a charge.

Clean and the staff was very good. Brunch buffet offered lots of selection.

our air condition wouldn¿t work. the staff treated us like we were stupid and didn¿t know how to use it. we didn¿t sleep either night because our room was so hot.

Upon arrival, staff did not have south r n charm, hospitality that we are accustomed too. But that improved as the week went by. Beds are old and new update and the walls are thin. A lot of street noise.

Excellent location in Barcelona "Brario Gotico" a minute away from the City Hall and Generalitat Palace and in walking distance to Ramblas, Cathedral, Sagrada Familia and many other city must see sites. Well assorted breakfast with fresh products and kind and caring staff. Hotel staff was always ready to help. Modenr and nice bathroom with a walk-in shower that was easy to operate and had stable water pressure and temperature. When we arrived at the room the person showing us the way was the first to notice a strong paint smell (due to recent maintenance) and organised a prompt room change.

May wife sais it was a bit noisy at night (I did not notice as I always travel with ear plugs for my sleep). The wifi was not too stable, the night it worked, it was excellent, but the other night it refused to work for both laptops and mine showed in the low level logs that there were no available leases.

Well located. Fastidiously clean. New part of hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.

The location is perhaps too central, it was insanely loud every night, we couldnt sleep, the staff said they could move us but then did not in the end, the bathroom drain was not draining in the shower. Overall poor stay with very little sleep.

All,from the fact that is very well located,close to any city objective,to the fact that is comfy,clean.
