Bottomline is hotel room had no functioning AC. Brought the issue to front desk staff and was told someone would come in the morning to fixbut was inly there for one night. Also room had loose tiles on the floor. Unsatisfactory room/hotel. Good location

Yes AC did not work and room had loose tiles on floor.

It's location is excellent for getting around and seeing the sites.

The room was very small. The room's only window opened to dark light well. Also when we checked in were charged an additional tax (58.80 euro), when our booking was supposed to be paid in full for taxes and fees.

The room was on the second floor very close to another building. There was very little sun light at any time of the day. There were loose floor tiles, and the shower plumbing has seen better days. The bed was not that comfortable either.

Tram #13 is around the corner and takes you to the heart of the city quickly. Only learned about the van transfer to the front door of the hotel from the airport after the fact. At 7.5 euros it is a no brainer, should be an option during booking.

Maybe an intro to Amsterdam transport passes, introduction to savings on tickect package deals, would make life easier.

Great location and polite front desk staff

Cleanliness and furnishing very disappointing. Air conditioning did not work at all. Changed rooms for room with air conditioning that worked half the time, but you had no control of temperature. It was either on or off. Rooms are very dated.

only given one set of toiletries and one toilet paper roll for a stay of 3 days, have to ask daily for clothes iron.

The room was a decent size and clean. The breakfast was also decent.

They cleaned the room but didn't change the towels.

Door separating rooms was thin and we could hear the guests next door showering, brushing teeth, etc. apart from that, pretty good overall.

The location is fine but the hotel itself is very poor at service.

The room is not clean, the bottles of water smelled, the towels were not clean either.There were nowhere near the beds to charge our phones.The breakfast was simple and don't offer other egg options as their staff told me the kitchen is not willing to do when I asked them if I can get a fried egg.The staff were not helpful at all.

Staff were very friendly on arrival. Room was lovely and bed was comfortable! Bathroom was lovely and shower excellent. It’s in a wonderful location very close to the metro and central.

Everything excellent. Would just have preferred a plug socket beside the bed but that’s personal preference.

Great location. Got a big room (Deluxe), very comfortable, great AC, quiet, nice bathroom with amazing shower. The breakfast was really great, everything you need to start a working day. The price is great value for what they offer - especially the great location.

Everything was ok. Maybe more people in the reception to make check-ins and check-outs easier (but you can also check out digitally).

Terrible wi-fi, it’s unacceptable in 2026 for a hotel with this price range, to have wi-fi that is not working.
