Everything other than locationStaff rudeness, non-polite response, not helpful at all- never seen such an unprofessional behaviour especially when you are assigned for the role where you need to meet and “greet” your customers.

The Room was nice but the bed was way to much soft and divided into 2 mattress. The breakfast was the highlight of the hotel. Really great breakfast and nice quality. The hotel location was also very good. It was present near the metro station.

My room was very small (which was usual in EU) but it was not cleaned properly. The dust from bedding flew heavily in the room, air quality was very bad since the room was very small. I have to open the window for some fresh air but it didnot help. Had to shake blanket outside the room to remove the dust, the bedding even had some holes in it. The staffs attitude was bad since I complained the problems, they didnot even listen to me, make any effort in giving out solution, no apology given, very very disappointed. The next day I was given different room in which I had to check out the current in early morning and was only given the new room after 3pm, and the bedding was still same quality. we had to wear masks whole night. Very very disappointed and cannot understand why this hotel was rated high, I could even rate 1 right after staff attitude, very arrogent, discriminate.!!!

The place was cosy and clean. We slept very well because the it was a good brand of bed they have and pillow. The price is reasonable and breakfast is also very good. Staff are very helpful and approachable. Very accessible and easy to find. will be my go to hotel next time I am in Barcelona

Just the layout of the toilet- tissue handle could have been place in a more accessible side and right way?? Would rather have the bidet connected by the toilet reservoi for hygiene reason. But this iare just little things

The room was clean and spacious. The stored the luggage after the checkout and the location is very close to Paral•lel metro. Very close to Montjuic, walkable to La rabmblas.

Staff and location is great. Rooms are clean and nice. Pet friendliest!

It wasn’t soundproof. You can pretty much hear the other rooms come and go.

The room was clean and tidy. They clean it every day. The rooms had good insulation. The metro station is in your immediate vicinity. The staff was very polite and cultured.

Room is not the cleanest one, every day cleaning is just reanarge blankets nothing more, after 7 day i need to colect the dust on my own...

Convenient, clean

The shower was dangerously slippery and the hot to cold water was difficult to set without it being ice cold or scalding hot. Also desk lamp kept shutting off every 30 secs. Front desk receptionists were grumpy almost unhappy to be there at checkin and at checkout. They dis not greet you when we went out for the day nor returned for the evening

The location of this hotel is exceptional. the nearest metro station was only 2 minutes away walk from the hotel. Been in this hotel for three nights and everything was beyond my expectation. from check-in to check-out.Special thanks to Pablo in the reception, he is helpful and so welcoming. will definitely stay here again when i come back to Barcelona!.

The location is perfect, close to the bus and metro station. The hotel was clean and you don’t hear noises from outside.

I requested a double bed and we received 2 beds, but for 3 nights I accepted like this.
