Exe Mitre

Hotel cleaning staff kept knocking on the door despite the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. When I didn't answer they walked right in while I was in the shower. When I asked the front desk about this, they said, "Oh, so you don't want your room cleaned?"

The water temperature in the shower was difficult to control. The room temperature was warm and didn't cool down.

Really good service by the shorthaired female In the reception. Excellent that they had A Parking spot allthough challenging acces.

There is terrible acces by car these days due to roadrepairs. One must enter from balmes. Alot of smog on nearby mitre

Very tight room, as well the shower very small and barely can take a shower comfortably. Breakfast no variety of food.

The staff were very welcoming and I really appreciate they allowed me to check in earlier due to early arrival. I was surprised that rooms were cleaned daily. Excellent service, highly recommend it.

The attention was great, everyone was very welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and they have gluten free options. My room was clean, great bathroom and room service is very fast. I found it had a great location, close to public transportation and to most of the touristic sites.

The location to the train/bus stations & it was off the main road but very convenient. Lots of restaurants & bars & store nearby. Also staff was very helpful with things to do & places to eat

We had a great stay at exe mitre hoel, comportable bed, the room is clean everyday and new towels everyday, very quiet lication but near at the train station and the staff are very nice and helpful speciallly Erik. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room with terrace is very nice they provide also a little outdoor furniture to get tanned, the staff is very kind and attentive and rooms were extremely clean.

The washroom door does not fully seal the entrance, which compromises privacy. The air in the room feels slightly stuffy, even with the air conditioning running.

Everything was great:- Room was clean, beds are good, AC is great, balcony is a wonderful bonus.- Staff is friendly, reception is 24h, which is always great.- The location is amazing — metro/subway/bus stops to connect with the whole city is near the hotel (less than 5 mins).- A store around the corner, cool burger spot nearby.- In general — great district to stay, streets are clean and safe.

The price could be a bit lower, but it's Barcelona at summer so no complains (:

Comfortable bed, good shower

Room smelled sour. We tried opening the window but it was too warm outside to leave it open. Room was 26 degrees Celsius when we arrived. It took all 3 days to get the temperature down to 19 degrees Celsius. We finally burned a grapefruit scent candle when in the room and that helped. Otherwise, staff were lovely. We did not have the breakfasts but on our final morning I had two coffees. Front desk staff said I would be charged, but the woman running the breakfast comp’d me. Nice ending!
