Amazing Hotel, staff, location and very clean! 1 min from train stop, close to everything.

The decoration of modern arts promotes good feelings, the location near the town center makes the shopping convenient, the restaurants' food is very tasty.

The location is good but does not compensate for the poor service you will receive. They inappropriately charge guests fees. The online reviews stated this. Wish I had booked elsewhere. Multiple attempts to reach out to management have been ignored.

Keep looking elsewhere for a hotel. There are many better options. The staff seems more interested in their own affairs than assisting guests. The gym is laughably small. The front desk will attempt to upsell you for services at check-in. Buyer beware.

Location is perfect right off Catalonia square.Rooms are of decent size with good facilities and sound isolation.The staff are really amazing, friendly, professional always offering help. Very special thanks to Jonatan at the concierge, he helped us a lot with train booking, local suggestions and he was always going up and beyond to offer services

everything honestly, from the moment I arrived until I left, very good staff, amazing room, they didn't forget any detail in the room, it is a must stay for me in my next visit. Location is perfect as well

The address of hotel differs with its location on google maps that bookings.com dropped me on email. So with a great problem I found the hotel.

No taxi in front the hotel same as other 5 stars hotels Using two elevators in order to get to them rooms

the location was good for shopping.

the rooms were mediocre at best. it was no five star facility. we didnt even have q-tips in the room; they didnt help with any restaurant or spa booking. The doors wouldnt latch and housekeeping was not great. the finishes were cheap and it didn't have any of the 5-star amenities.

The location is very central. Nice staff. Beautiful rooftop which we didn’t have time to use this time. Breakfast was good.

A perfect hotel for baecation in Barcelona. The hotel is very well located in the heart of Barcelona. The staff is so friendly and has assisted us whenever needed. And to finish, the concierge has been instrumental in our stay as they made all the reservation for us and proposed us the best places to have lunch or dinner

Awful Bottled pre-mixed pina colada in the country that literally gave the drink its name - and it means crushed pineapple - my drink was white, not yellow, no pineapple in it at all, three quarters full of ice, all for the princely sum of $30 each.

ME Barcelona is a wonderful hotel in a fantastic location, close to shopping, major sights, and the metro for getting around easily. The rooftop pool and bar are truly unique, and the gym is first class. While there were a few small areas where the hotel could refine its service, the staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and quick to accommodate our needs, ensuring any issues were resolved. Overall, a great stay in the heart of Barcelona.

There were a few small areas that could be improved: our glasses weren’t cleaned during room service so we had to keep requesting new ones, ice was only available with a fee, and service at the rooftop pool was extremely slow with a menu quite expensive.

Location, size of the room, modernity of the hotel

The staff, they are rude and when they mistake they don’t apologize. They deducted the amount of the room twice, once when I arrived, and the second one when I checked out, they acclaimed that the system had an error and you need to pay again and they argue that this wasn’t a mistake!! What about the deducted amount in my account?!!The hotel is perfect, but seriously they need to change their staff they have bad attitude. The second incident was when the receptionist took me to my room and the card didn’t work and then she used hers and like if my card worked! So when I went out and came back the card didn’t work so I had to go again to the reception and that was a long way and the male receptionist was so inconsiderate and disrespectful. The only staff that were helpful and considerate were the porters.
