Room was to small

The hotel is lovely, the staff are wonderful and very helpful . The room was nice, comfortable and always looked after. The location was perfect for exploring Barcelona. The welcome wine is a great touch. Love the little courtyard in the back.

I never saw such small rooms there was no even space for the luggage or a proper wardrobe. Mattress super uncomfortable

Part of the staff was awesome (a Belarusian woman) but by the time of the check out the person was not and took advantage of my need to get to the airport giving an interested advice that benefited the hotel at my expense

Cozy and comfortable room for our trip, always clean in total and in a great location near all the must see locations of Barcelona.

Very average hotel, but has nice terrace and lounge hall.

Rooms are tiny and not very comfortable. Shower is separated from the main bathroom and is divided from the entrance hall with glass door.

The staff were really nice, and the hotel offered filtered water.

It was very noisy from the street, and in the morning I also heard some construction noise—or what sounded like someone hanging pictures on the wall, which was very surprising in a hotel. The cooling/heating system was also quite noisy. I also missed having a coffee machine or tea maker in the room, which most hotels at this price point usually provide.

Slippery shower, no regular bathroom, everything in a hall and the doors translucent

The room was small, but sufficient for two people. The bathroom layout was interesting: the sink and the toilet were in one room, while the shower was separate. There was a door that could close off this area, so the room can also be comfortably used by people who are not in a relationship.The layout and design of the common areas and the terrace were very nice. The reception staff were friendly. The location is excellent, just two blocks from Casa Batlló. The neighborhood is safe, with many shops and restaurants nearby.

I missed having a chair in the room.

Room was cramped, despite photos, no desk or chair, no where to set anything down. Bathroom also no place to open a toiletries bag or set anything down. This room had a great King size bed but really useless. 2 people could not maneuver in this room. Best would be a Queen bed with table/desk. And some surface in the bathroom.

Very chic hotel in the heart of the beautiful and classy Eisampe area. The entrance, staff and style are cool and relaxing. The rooms are small but fine for short visits.

Maybe a little more amenities in the room - but otherwise everything was fine.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, in the heart of the city. The beds were comfortable, and the wine at reception was great.

It’s a nice and well organized hotel in a very convenient location, close to transportation and just a short walk from Casa Batllo. The room was simple, clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

No complains - it would be nice if they had a second spot for another suitcase.

The atmosphere, location and stuff was very good. Always friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine, maybe a mini refrigerator in the rooms would be good. 2 regular bed were combined, which many sell as king-size bed, but in fact it is not :)

Everything was fine and well but it was so noisy. Just not being able to sleep normally. Banging and sliding stuff and lot's of noises from outside, not well isolated for noise. Besides that, everything was clean, good service etc. great location.

This hotel has a policy that asks you to enter your card details into their system which doesn't make any sense since I already gave that details to booking.com. There was a sewage smell in my 6th floor room.

Thank you especially to Alex for the warm greeting and support throughout our stay in Barcelona. Our room was clean and comfortable enough for the 2 nights we spent there. It was our pleasure to explore the city filled with rich history and culture.

It would be nice if breakfast was included in the price since the room didn’t have a coffee machine or refrigerator.
