Hotel Primero Primera

What was not to like. I have spent a lot of nights in hotels and this was one of the very best. Staff extremely helpful. Location perfect in nice suburban neighborhood; safe clean easy to walk and downtown Barcelona 5 to 7 Euro away. Just great !

Plenty of natural light in the rooms thanks to the windows, yet they can always be fully darkened with curtains. High ceilings of around 4 meters create a sense of space. A quiet, clean, and safe area of the city.

The restaurant staff — I would have liked a bit more attentiveness to guests. Otherwise, if you don’t make yourself noticed loudly, it’s hard to get their attention.

The staff are very friendly, beautifuly decorated and great location.

The beds are very hard and the pillows are really terrible. We tried several pillows but they were super hard.

People are nice. Room is big, also around is beautiful!

Entrance is broken. No inside service telephone (they said it is broken! I got cold no temperature tester!

Primero Primera is a special place to stay in Barcelona. It is located in a quiet leafy area out of the central city which is a bonus because you can explore the neighborhood like a local. The premises feels like a home away from home (except better)! with a large bedroom, the lounge to relax in looking out to the garden and an amazing, elegant restaurant. The staff are very warm, helpful and friendly.

We had a lovely terrace room with a small living room and a large bedroom area. We enjoyed drinks on the terrace in the evening. The staff was delightful, friendly and extremely kind. Being away from the hubbub of the city was a real treat for weary travelers. Yet short walks or cabs to anywhere you needed to go for sightseeing and dining. We did not eat at the restaurant but enjoyed their bar service. Will stay again when in Barcelona. Thank you.

The favorite of all our boutique hotel stays. A beautiful centrally located hotel. Gorgeous spacious, comfortable rooms, relaxing gardens, exceptional restaurant, friendly and helpful staff.

Car park is small, but staff will assist.

My second stay here and I got a lovely upgrade the room was beautiful and so are the staff this is definitely the go to place in Barcelona. It truly is special

Primero Primera is a scape from the busy streets of Barcelona. Located is a quiet neighborhood, it’s a great place to relax after a day in the city. The rooms are beautiful and big. The staff is great and friendly, with great recommendations for what to do in the city.

Better room service for late night

Beautiful hotel, very relaxing stay. Food at the restaurant was lovely. We loved the quieter neighbourhood and the fact that it was a bit out of the way from the bustle of the city centre.

Beautiful hotel - not too grand but really interesting building and very tasteful. Staff were superb in every way. Food was splendid.
