Reception staff and the cleanliness of the room. View was excellent.

Absolutely nothing.

The location was great! Next to a castle in the middle of the city. Easy walking distances to top locations, no need for taxi. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel had everything we needed for our stay.

Front desk staff was fantastic and very friendly. Very nice rooftop pool and bar. Location was great as it was close to everything.

Cleanliness was not the best. The room was not being vacuumed properly. We found hair everywhere when we checked in. Room safe didn¿t work. There was a loud dripping sound from the shower all night long. The bathroom sink didn¿t drain properly.

Central location, clean design, smelled good, clean.

¿Pool¿ was 1 foot deep! Elevator super slow and you heard it in the room every time it went up or down. Water in shower was softened so it always felt filmy like I hadn¿t washed off the soap. Also the super sleek design didn¿t give much privacy.

Staff was wonderful

Cleaning staff took my credit card, the main desk knew nothing about it however the cleaning staff did return it to the main desk when asked about it. Long story but in my opinion it should never been taken in the first place. The card was not compromised

Everything. The rooms were lovely and super clean. Good location. Great staff. Breakfast was absolutely superb. I travel extensively and can't remember the last time I had a breakfast this good at this price.

There are no closets to hang clothes, the rooftop bar was closed.

Very few complaints really. In the room would be nice to have lotion and we didn’t have any face cloths. Both would be improvements. Breakfast a bit pricey but in line with hotel breakfasts.

Conveniently located, personable staff, great room. Real nice breakfast included.

We stayed for 2 nights in September and it was exceptional. Hotel is clean and staff is very welcoming and helpful. Hotel has a beautiful roof top with the bar and swimming pool where you can relax during the day and sip a nice cold sangria with the view at night. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo and Casa Pedrera. Check in is at 3 pm but since we arrived early in the morning, we were offered an upgrade( additional 15 euro per night) and were able to get into our room right away, change, refresh and start exploring.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The location was very central to walking to the various attractions that Barcelona has to offer.

I had expected that the restaurant would serve more than just breakfast and the bar had very limited hours.
