Great value with a wonderful location. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The daily breakfast was very good with a large selection.

No negatives.

Rooms were clean.

Small rooms. Failed to give us towels a couple of time. We requested 2 twin beds for one of the rooms in advance, but received a queen bed instead and no change was possible.

Morden design of the hotel.

If there is an escalator from the entrance to the reception level would be much friendly especially if you have a large luggage

The lady that managed breakfast. I think her name was Veronica. Shecwas amazing and so cheery with everyone.

The room was clean on arrival but it was an internal room and I think that the vents brought A LOT of dust into the room,which really wasn't nice. Also, when opening the window there was a smell of grease.

Rooms were too small, bathroom was also tiny. Pillar in the bedroom can cause injury when you wake up in the dark to use the bathroom. The lobby is very tiny, that picture is quite deceptive. Breakfast was so so.

One young guy at the reception was the only not professional, not nice. Made invoice wrong, gave wrong info, didn't care about anything in general...

It's quite close to all the attractions. The staff were helpful and marvellous

Central and easy to get to/close to metro. It was clean and staff were hospitable. Buffet selection was not fancy but there were plenty of options and it was all nice. I think it would be a great weekender spot.

Room configuration was a bit odd, and the bathroom even more so - almost had to sit sideways on toilet due to the configuration of the toilet roll holders. Our drinking glasses were never replaced in the 4 days that we were there. There was also no fridge in the room which would be ok for an overnighter or 2 night stay but for 4 nights was a bit annoying.

Breakfast was excellent and because we checked out early in the morning, to catch a flight , the staff packed us a breakfast pack to take along.......which was excellentIn general I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and I am sure , I will return to the same hotel on my next visitVery close to central city, hop on red and blue busses , and some of the highlights as well

Perfect location for exploring. The staff were super friendly and took the time to take to all the guests. We received a lovely welcome and were recommended the best places to visit for the length of our stay. The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Nice little hotel, great location.

No bar to speak of. Says there's one and there is (which is where they serve breakfast) but no one to serve you and only has 1 beer tap. We were there 3 days and no one drank at the "bar". Not really a bar and shouldn't add it to the facilities listing. 2 nice bars next door but not open weekends.

Excellent breakfast, clean simple room with a very comfortable bed, friendly staff, and almost all sites in walking distance. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. A good value for the price.

Too little closet/shelf space

The staff was super friendly. I said I was celebrating my birthday, and they gave me chocolates and a cute decoration on the bed when I arrived. Everything is super clean; the aircon was perfect (mainly because it was a heatwave in Spain). They had space to store our luggage while we waited for our flight back. The room was larger than I had expected.

Things to improve: You could have a little fridge in the room. (It's summer and it would be nice to have cold water / jamon in the room). Breakfast could have more variety.

Comfy bed, not too far from everything central ish, nice little courtyard on our room.

Very dodgy area around certain hours boyfriend got mugged right outside the hotel the staff were very helpful in contacting the police not ideal to be alone or small people women/or couples between probably 9/10pm and 8am .

The hotel itself is nicely decorated and the location is great.

My room was very humid, and a weird smell came from the bathroom, like as if there was an issue with the plumbing. The water in the sink would not go down.
