Broken door key. No plug in the bathtub to keep the water. No amenities. Difficulty to find the annex building and no one guided . Overpriced. Noises from upstairs. Laundry open only 9am-9pm.
Because we were separated from the rest of the hotel, we didn't get told of the amenities like kitchen and terrace until i remembered reading about it on the website and would have loved to have been able to use the areas more.
The Â¿check inÂ¿ process was confusing. I was sent a half dozen emails from the hotel asking to click a broken link. I was worried that something was wrong with our reservation. I responded to the emails but got nowhere -it wasnÂ¿t resolved until we arrived

Wonderful views of ocean and town. Peaceful location. Perfect place for our stay for 3 nights.

Steep drive to the location. The directions said to go up the road, but there were do not enter signs the whole way up as it seems it was a one way road. We ended up driving down from the top of the road.

Location and rhe view from the balcony

The size of the room. We barely could open the balcony door. Two beds instead of one big one. No drawers, no even small closet; no place to open the luggage nor place to seat down except the beds. Only one tiny night table for two beds and two people

The staff is awesome. They are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. There is stuff to do the neighborhood and the closest metro station was a 2 minute walk away. Very easy to get to main sites.

Not a lot of storage in the rooms, but still very clean and big.

The staff were super helpful and polite! It was close to everything and in a really dynamic neighbourhood.

There were parts of the hostel that were being renovated at the time so it was quite loud in the morning (even on weekends). The powers was out for an entire morning during my stay.

So many cool areas to hang, eat, work, drink, dine, socialize, nap, even do yoga!! Get out of your room and meet other cool international travelers!
