Clean room, great location, comfortable bed and cute balcony. Not noisy even though the hotel in busy area. Small but perfect for my needs. Loved the decor and had a good selection for Spanish style breakfast. Lots of great places to eat and shop nearby by.

Room was great and I have nothing bad to say. If I had to choose one thing, it's that the TV didn't work when I arrived but I was out all day so not really an inconvenience and I didnt have time to ask them to look into it.

The hotel was very well placed, with easy access. It was clean and all staff were very pleasant. Our "king bed" was two side by side mattresses and was comfortable. The bath was very nice. My only negative observation is that there was no room to move easily around the beds as floor space was limited. We enjoyed the balcony when it wasn't raining.

the location was perfect, very close to everything I went to visit, to restaurants, transpo etc The breakfast was good with quite a few choices on the buffet.

It’s not that I didn’t like, but the mattress was too soft in my opinion and the pillows were too thin.

I booked this hotel by accident, right before my flight, when I was already at the gate. I can't understand how it only has one star on Booking.com; I had a worse 4-star hotel in Rome than this one. Firstly, it's very convenient to get to from the airport; a direct bus stops right at the hotel. Secondly, the location is excellent, close to absolutely everything. Even despite the road construction, the room was quiet and no one bothered us. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean, the rooms were quite large, and the staff was very attentive.

The bathroon looked a little bit old. The door was damaged at the bottom, but other than that it was clean and that is the most important.

Noisy: the walls are so thin you can literally hear every word your neighbors say. Amenities are worn out and outdated. Spent 30 minutes waiting to be checked in.

Good location at one end of las ramblas. Comfortable room which great shower and WiFi. Friendly and patient staff at check in and key card to enter the hotel from downstairs adding an extra layer of security which was great.

Can be a little noisy from outside noise but this did not impact our stay or sleep!

It would have been nice to have a smart TV, as most channels were in Spanish and only CNN was available in English. Breakfast was good; however, the selection was more limited later in the morning.
