Big clean rooms. Central location.

the place was nice, rooms were clean and comfy.

the smell in the bathroom. I don't know why, but it smelled there really bad. we bought air refresher also but it didn't helped.

Clean and spacious rooms. Room service (cleaning) every 3 days which was ok. Toilets are clean and big. Very easy access and check in. Kitchen furbished with basic stuff needed (cutlery, kettle, electric stove, fridge, etc.).

The additional bed in 2+2 room is in fact sofa bed and it was very difficult to fold it so we have had to leave it open for the whole time. The location is a bit far off - you have to take metro (which is very close to be fair) to get anywhere or walk around 30 minutes (which is not a big deal to be fair again if you like walking ;) The building is adjacent to large student dormitories so it gets noisy during weekends.

Very bad smell in the bathroom, and nobody came to fix it after we told the staff. We need to close the door or we can not bear it.

Our apartment was on the top floor, making it very quiet and peaceful. We worked remotely from the apartment for a few days, so we appreciated the spacious layout and reliable Wi-Fi. The gym was excellent and open 24/7. We also really appreciated that the washing machine was free to use.

The photos on Booking.com didn’t quite match reality. The room felt worn overall. The bathtub had cracks that had been patched with some kind of filler or paint. The fridge froze all our food, and there was a faint sewer-like smell in the apartment at times.

Location is fantastic. Staff is great. Room was perfect size for the kids. The kids room is a success especially if doing laundry at the same time. I've been to many hotels around the world and this facilitt stands out from ticking all the boxes on a short trip

Clean apartment hotel with a lot of space in a good area. Walking distance to the centre and the metro is 5 min away. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfy.

The bathroom has a funny smell. The sewage system doesn’t seem to work properly.

Room is clean and big, bed is comfortable.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The lobby, halls, and elevators are cozy and well-maintained. Everything is thoughtfully designed and well-kept. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transport. There are also some nice restaurants nearby. We would definitely book it again if we visit Barcelona.

Not a big deal but sofa bed could have been more comfortable.

Everything is nice. The location is wonderful.

Despite the fact that I booked a room with one large bed, I was given a room with two separate beds. As my stay was only for a few nights, I decided to try sleeping like that instead of changing the room. Unfortunately, it was very uncomfortable. I genuinely do not understand why I select one option during booking and end up being provided with something completely different. This was quite disappointing.

The bad smell in the bathroom from the drain too much on level 0 but on level 2 np at all.and the door stoppers on level two I hurt my toes badly with it ,if fact I covered it up with an empty bottle till we left .

Good location. Breakfast was delicious. They have variaty of food, where always could find fresh fruits and traditional Spanish meet. Room was spacious with full kitchen equipment.

Bed was compfy, but personally pillows not!

Smell in the bathroom - but it’s not the hotel’s fault, I think it’s city wide problem.

The location was good. And the staff was friendly.

Poor sound insulation, could hear everything going on in the hallway or in the apartment. Sewerage smell every now and then. Very chlorinated water and the socket in the bedroom is not plugged in at all.

It was really warm in the apartment, which has contributed significantly to overall comfort during our stay in December.The beds were really comfy. The kitchen was equipped normally for a short stay.There is a really big table in the apartment.The room was equipped with an ironing board and an iron.

It was not possible to set the window to a ventilation mode(vent).No hangers were available for outerwear as well as for towels in the showerThe temperature regulation system wasn’t functioning properly.

I stay 3days

The bedroom bed is 2single bed. We are couple with 1year old baby. There was a gap between 2bed which is moving and not at all comfortable while sleeping.

Safety, quiet.

Bed no good...TV channels not working, also not in the exact center....need some walking but all good

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice. The location is good, close to the beach by walking and very close to the metro. The staff kind and helpful!
