- It would be appreciated if the hotel provides clean drinking water for free. Also Tea and coffee for free. In case an one does not want to go for breakfast .
- That is was very close to the Cinema as we were at the FantasyFilmFest in Frankfurt 2023. And the moderate Price per night
- The location is the only thing I liked about this hotel
Cons -
- No free Drinking water. Water is a necessity. Some times cannot purchase it. For example just landed from the airport and to the hotel. Hard to find store for water. shops are closed
- That it is not possible to make a parking space reservation, we got one space but the parking area is very small. And but this is not the fault of the hotel no A/C available.
- I booked a double room but they gave me an inferior room and only when I complained they said that double rooms were fully booked and offered me an upgrade for which I'd have to pay, which I refused. After a whole day I managed to get a refund and leave
