- Modern facility, convenient location-everything is within walking distance. Friendly staff-feel at home
- It's location is in the center of Frankfurt and convenient!
Cons -
- Staff are a bit less friendly than would be expected at a property of this caliber
- Nothing to complain.
- The lobby could be more spacious as there is plenty of staff around to assist with guests. Also, rooms should be ready for guests, especially ones that arrive on overnight flights. Although, I did not have to wait long for mine and enjoyed a cappuccino.
