- They corrected a booking reservation error in their system and upgraded us to compensate but none the less, the rooms are super clean, stylish and comfortable, the hotel cafe was excellent and the staff was great.
- Great location, across the street from the train station, next to Royal Mile and plenty of shops and restaurants.
- The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Excellent service!

- Breakfasts were very expensive at 22.50 Scottish pounds and I was charged that amount for two takeaway coffees
