Staff friendly rooms could be a little better
The mattress was very uncomfortable you could feel the springs coming through, they could do with more milk in the room for coffee, could do with a lock on the bathroom door and there was Kirby grips down the toilet?? Also a blind or curtain on the bathroom window would be nice
