Cons -
- Bed bugs appeared in bed and bit me at night. At 2am, I had to change to another room. The next day, the onsite manager said I'll receive at least partial refund, but no follow-up so far. This was the first time I had bedbugs.
- Cleanliness could be better. Paper towel would be nice. Toilet paper supply was marginal. A top sheet would be nice. The duvet is too warm.
- Paid for late checkout of 1 pm, and at a little after 11 am they started setting off an alarm, pounded on the door, and then sent the manager. Poor communication by staff regarding our paid late checkout.

Nothing. Everything was old and dated and we found a hair in the bed.
