Its location close to the Milan Central Station
It is old but classical. And i can feel they try to keep the elegance.

Cons -

I quite accepted the old fashioned style of the hotel but when I told them at checkout that the shower ran cold ONLY he made a note, saying I could have changed rooms (at 21.00, I think not!) but made no concession. I left with a sour taste in my mouth.
At the reception, one of the staff wasn't so kind. I think he should express more in detail. Because I was new at that hotel!
