Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please note that when booking a rate where payment is due before arrival, the property will provide detailed payment instructions, for example a link to a secured payment platform. All guests, including adults and children, are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorization by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
