- Staff was very helpful
- Very helpful and friendly staff, really nice owner. Very clean room and good location, everything was just great.
- Very helpful and kind personnel. You get more than expected for a 2-star hotel. Room was renowated, very clean. There is no breakfast option, but you can get a tea/coffee and buy some snacks. A tea/coffee set was also in the room. Hotel is located near Loreto metro station, with convenient connection to the airport and city center.
Cons -
- Bed and pillows were hard as a rock and I like a firm mattress . Hotel should consider adding a mattress bad and getting new pillows
