Pros +

  • I would not recommend this hotel for a few reasons , first reason being the staff were very rude, at night time they close the hotel and you must call a number to get a member of staff to open the door for you , one night we were locked out for around 20 mins with no answer. You have to hand your room key in when you leave and collect when you are back. When we collected our key on this night one member of staff searched up our booking and looked at our passports. He then came knocking on our door asking for me saying that it is not me on the passport and that it doesnt look like and I just explained that the picture was from a few years ago. The rooms are very small and cramped and the beds I found were very hard as well as there only being one pillow, I found my sleep to be very uncomfortable. The hotel smells like smoke and his very run down and old . It is good location wise but if you are looking for a pleasant stay this isnt the hotel for you . We booked this hotel as we visited Milan on a budget. Also we stayed on the first floor and Im not sure if this was just an issue for us but next door there was a music recording studio so it was very loud up until around 9-10 pm almost every night we stayed there. So when we wanted to relax there was a lot of noise next door singing, shouting , instruments playing ect. We werent aware of this before we arrived.
  • Close to metro station, with a short ride to Duomo. Old building with some charisma. The receptionists are very friendly and flexible.

Cons -

  • It is not extremely comfortable, but ok for one or two nights.
