- I like the location of the hotel. Garibaldi Train Station was 5-7 min walk from the hotel door. Easy to get to from major of location! Majority of the train/subway pass through this particular location! Easy to get to wear all of our tours started!

Cons -
- The rooms did not match the four stars that it stated to be. More of a 3.5 star hotel. They did have nice soap Dove products were in the BR. The rooms - a little small - doable - slippers in the drawer and needed an American news channel!!!
- Hotel likes to argue. Offer one type of room and then gives you a different type, argues and says sold out can?t move. Asked for more towels and told I?m one person. Housekeeping wouldn?t come cause key in door. Victoria is not pleasant/likes to argue!

It was a brand I knew- close enough to the train station and priced at$--- per night.
It was 7 degrees Celsius and stone cold without heat. The front desk said it was warm the week before so the heat is off and the air conditioning on. They said they could bring a blanket. I just wanted to cry -freezing and wet. Slept with my coat on.
