- Despite a minor French/English language barrier at times (everyone did their best!) this was a truly remarkable experience. The staff went above and beyond helping when my bag with passport and credit cards was stolen. 100% recommend this hotel!!!
- I was robbed transferring through Brussels to Amsterdam and lost all my credit cards and identification. They were kind, understanding, and even went so far as to help print documents I would need to take to the US embassy to get a replacement passport.

- The shower in the bathroom had one of those partial partition walls that didn't keep water out of the rest of the bathroom at all. Minor complaint, LOVED the suite otherwise.

It is a very nice clean hotel on the inside
Outside it is very dangerous. I had my luggage stolen from my car in less than 2 minutes while I was inside the hotel checking in to the hotel
