Pros +
- Very close to ULB Erasmus campus, where my son is studying. Staff was very helpful and polite.
- Nice bed. Near metro.
Cons -
- Room was small, but liked the larger bed.
- Desk clerk told me never to come back after disputing tax charges. Poorly trained and unsupervised. So I will not. Total unprofessional employee. IBIS Brussels Eramus is clueless.
