Set in the 17th district in Paris, this hotel offers views of the Batignolles area and soundproofed rooms with a Napoléon III-style décor. It features a tearoom and a library with free Wi-Fi access and a bar where guests can enjoy a cocktail. Satellite TV and a mini-bar are standard facilities in each air-conditioned room. Some rooms are fitted with a bathtub. Each elegant guest room has a hairdryer in the private bathroom. A buffet breakfast is served in the elegant breakfast room at House Eugenie. With a 24-hour reception, the House Eugenie also provides a ticket service. Brochant Metro Station is an 8-minute walk from the hotel, providing direct access to the Champs Elysées. The Moulin Rouge is a 20-minute walk away.

A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Some of the double and twin rooms are communicating. You can request it via the Special Request box when reserving. Please note that a valid ID card and a credit card are requested upon check-in. The details of these cards must match the ones of the reservation's holder. Any reservation of 5 rooms or more is considered a group reservation, and subject to the group's terms and conditions and full prepayment. The group reservation will be considered as not subject to cancellation and not refundable. Villa Eugénie has started work on the ground floor for the construction of a new F&B area. These will be completed on 15 November.

Pros +
- A lovely hotel. Great location in genuine Paris with very few tourists and with lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Close to metro, which was really great. Breakfast was really good.
- I'm a regular here. Value for money.
- Nice boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. Train station is right next door. Lots of cafes in the area. Hotel is nice and clean and well kept. Rooms have a traditional decor. The restaurant at the hotel is nice. Staff is nice.
Cons -
- The hotel was a little dated in some areas and needs some work. But the hotel was not super expensive, so not a big issue.
- Room, bathroom a bit small.
