- The staff was less then pleasant, their breakfast included in the room would have been better at a McDonald¿s drive through. Breakfast was not available till after 8, I know French are easy with time¿ridiculous No extra pillows, and plumbing issues.
- False advertisement for the room. I paid extra to have a room of 194 sq ft withsofa-bed, max occupancy of 2. The room was so small I didn't have much room to open my luggage without moving furniture around. There was no sofabed. False advertisement
- The hotel is in need of major renovation. The money paid did not meet the room's expectations. Hotel is old & tired.

Location. The willingness of staff to go above & beyond. Service =5 star hotel. Hotel=3 star hotel.
Hotel needs major, major renovation. Watermarks on walls, missing curtain holders, ripped floor lamps, ripped curtains, beat-up furniture. There is a difference between vintage/antique and old/tired.
