- It was very clean and everything seemed new and renovated. The staff was very kind as well and gave me a free upgrade!
- Staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Room was comfortable. Location within walking distance of fun areas and metro.

The staff was very professional and had a number of helpful items, such as electrical adaptors & umbrellas. The view from our room on the 6th floor was quite nice. The hotel was very clean, & our room was comfortable and had very good A/C for the hot days
