A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests will receive check-in instructions after providing an ID and a credit card and paying the damage deposit. The credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property, and must be presented for verification. All requests for check-in after 19:00 are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the property. Please note that for late check-in, the following charges apply: - EUR 50 for arrivals from 19:00 to 21:59 - EUR 90 for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:59 - EUR 120 for arrivals after 01:00 Any damage or loss to the property caused by the guests, including smoking, will incur a charge.
