- The location, cleanliness, and quiet on the rear of the building were excellent. The bed was comfortable and there was a feather pillow. The refrigerator is useful and quiet.

- The worst wi-fi I have experienced since 2000. Skype does not function with their wi-fi. If you move to the hotel location where they say it is best, it is unchanged. There is no coffee or water heater for tea in the room, a simple fix. Incredible today

The rooms were in decent state and the location was nice. Most of the staff was very helpful. We had to extend our stay and they offered to move our luggages to the next room so we wouldn't have to come back in the middle of the day.
But one of the staffs had no idea what he was doing and assigned us to a room that did not have our now moved luggages, made us go up and down the stairs for his own confusion. When I addressed the issue told me to complain to the director the next day.
