Pros +
- Excellent furnishings, amazing shower, excellent climate control, very helpful and friendly staff
- Staff is exceptional. Everyone acted as if they were glad to be there and glad to have me present.
- The room was very quiet, the bathroom was great, and we loved some of the little touches, like complimentary water!
Cons -
- Laundry service was expensive as everything was dry cleaned, would like a less expensive option for fluff and fold so I could take care of all my laundry from over a week on the road
- It is a bit off the beaten path and every location required cab or uber.
- The beds in the two queen room were very close together, with no table between. Small things throughout the hotel went unnoticed...one of the elevators was broken, but not addressed, etc. The room was very expensive and I likely wouldn't stay again.

 assistant manager came up to our room to explain and correct the voltage situation for recharging . She also answered any questions we had of the area and the history of the hotel. Very pleasant as was the hotel staff.
Only that the coffee maker was to complicated. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to figure out how to work the coffee maker.
