Guests are required to show a photo identification and a damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Reception is open Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday - Sunday & Bank Holidays 9am - 6pm. If you are arriving outside of the official reception hours you can check-in with security at the entrance to the sports complex. Please be advised, that parking terms & conditions may have changed since you booked. Please note that Parking is now chargeable. For guests with a non-Irish phone number and/or credit card please use the scan pay functionality when paying for car parking. When booking 10 rooms or more, or a booking of EUR 1500 or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. ​Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
