- The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful on a very busy afternoon and night. Lovely clean, spacious rooms and a delicious breakfast.
- The location near the RDS Arena.
- From the warm welcome through to the style of the room it was everything we hoped for . All the staff we met were professional and friendly, we had both lunch and dinner in the hotel . The food and service were excellent
Cons -
- The hotel did not have the type of room (with reserved bed size) available when we checked in and were uncooperative with moving us to the correct room type.
- I would have liked to have a spa but that's very low on my priority list.

The hotel did not have the type of room (with reserved bed size) available when we checked in and were uncooperative with moving us to the correct room type.

The room and view were amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and welcome.
I would have liked to have a spa but that's very low on my priority list.
