location! a short walk to Victoria station and Victoria coach station. a little longer to Buckingham palace and tower bridge but still not bad. staff was helpful with answering my questions about getting around london and rooms clean. & breakfast was good
the english breakfast was very good and the location was excellent

Cons -

It is old and not the cleanest. My bed linens were clean and the room had been cleaned, but when things are so old, they still seem dirty. The rug felt icky and the shower had mineral deposits and rust.
the room was a bit small, but we knew that going in. there was some maintenance needed to the room: bathroom door needed a handle to close it and the shower door was not on it's track but still worked. the price was very reasonable which made it ok!
the room was located on the third floor with no elevator

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The room was very small and not insulated. The bathroom was a clear add-on, as the walls didn't reach the ceiling. There was no room to move around in the bathroom. The walls were very thin, you can hear neighbors blowing their nose or using the restroom
