Less than a 10 minute walk from Shepherd's Bush subway station, the Royal London Hotel has a 24-hour front desk. The O2 Shepherd's Bush Empire, a music venue, is less than a 5 minute walk away. Continental breakfasts are served in the dining room and free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the hotel. Westfield Shopping Center can be reached after a 10 minute ride. The HMV Hammersmith Apollo, an entertainment venue, is less than a 15 minute walk from the Royal London Hotel. Kensington High Street's shops are also a 15 minute walk from the hotel. - Yes, staff smoking on the premises. Happened that may room window was adjacent the inner courtyard, where staff smokes cigarettes during their brakes. Annoying, especially when your room fills with cigarette smoke and you cannot do anything about it ....
- They assigned me to a different hotel. It was not Royal Hotel. I had to walk several blocks with luggage to a different hotel.
