- The location was great for getting to it from the airport, for walking to sights in London, and just for walking around.
- Great central spot, in the vicinity of shops and tube!
- The location was convenient to the tube and bus stations....
Cons -
- The front desk staff was uncooperative and barely pleasant. The person at the desk denied I had a reservation when I arrived and only "found" it when I gave her the confirmation number. (The concierge staff, was really helpful, however)
