Cons -
- The room size was misrepresented. The photos on the website looked nothing like the real room. The shoebox size room has the 2 beds situated in a way that they were against the walls with a narrow path to squeeze between to get in bed.
- Room was very, very small. Cleaners did not come until requested. There are many stairs so access can be challenging for those limited mobility or with baggage.
- There were moths in the room, which the staff was supposed to address while we were out. At 11:00 pm when we returned, there were still bugs, so we moved rooms, down tight-turn stairs with no lift, which was an inconvenience. They offered us nothing.

The location

Check-in was pretty straightforward. Welcoming at reception and the room was very spacious and clean. As someone who travels to London regularly for work, this is a great hotel. Close by to Paddington station (2min walk), restaurants in the vicinity.
Nothing not to like. The bar area is on the small side if you¿re looking to have drinks in the hotel but not something that is of interest to me.
