- I made the reservation online and to my surprise they charged a deposit of 25 pounds per night. It took me by surprise because in the other hotels where we booked they had not asked for it and also we did know about the possibility of asking for a deposit
- The Location is nearby underground and Shepherd?s Bush Market
- The decor and initiative by the front desk leadership was such a pleasant experience..like VIP. A beautiful property with great views over the city. I also recommend the breakfast buffet worth it for Quality selection and variety.

- No , it was nice and excelent .
- The room they gave us, was completely damaged. Like the carpet had holes everywhere and the room was the smallest I have ever had. The food was not good I can?t imagine how people can eat that sorry but it was horrible.
- cleaners started work at 6 45am on Sunday morning sliding hangers in wardrobes to. clean rails and hoovering. This is not an acceptable time to be making noise
