- Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful
- The staff was very welcoming and it felt like a special experience.
- Excellent rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff certainly tried to be accommodating. (The doorman was going to get us a cab to the airport despite the rush and see to it our bags were stowed properly come he?ll or high water)
Cons -
- Toilet didn’t flush well. Should have let them know.
- We were at the end of the hall and could hear doors opening and closing since we were near one of the closets or rooms with cleaning supplies.
- Our room was not ready at the stated check in time so we had to wait- never fun after a long day of travel. Desk was very apologetic and I think they tried to make up for it by giving us a well located room that overlooked the Square)

It¿s a great location, beautiful hotel and has friendly staff.
Room size is smaller than average but rooms are beautiful so it makes up for it.
