- The staff was great! From the doorman to the cleaners, the entire staff.
Cons -
- Bathroom is very small. Even that’s fine but it leaked a bad sewage smell, maybe leaking pipe ?. My bed was a few feet away and I could smell the bathroom all the nights even with door closed. I complained to the staff but they were not attentive.
- Bathroom was so small and the bath tub needs a better enclosure. It's impossible to shower without wetting the floor.
- The size of the room is small but that is to be expected in London.

Location is good.
