We have nothing negative to report.
We had a room with two double beds instead of one king as booked, which they explained was due to the construction on the other side of the building. They were concerned we would find the noise disturbing. To 'make it up to us' they gave us drink tickets.

The building was beautiful and the staff were professional, personal and amazing! It is easily the best hotel we have ever stayed at.
