- Location and staff.
- Great check in experience very polite and helpful team. Room was great and location is of one that already planning to rebook and recommend to colleagues.
- It's location is near so much and Victoria tube and bus station which made getting around in London easy.
Cons -
- Too small for two people.
- Wi FI was not great but to be honest had great signal on mobile so didn't detract from accessing anything IT wise.
- It was extremely dirty. Mold on windows. Hair and trash on the floor that was there when we walked for the first time. No central heat and air...it was too hot as we were in the attic. There is no elevator so hauling luggage was difficult.
