You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 25 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that nearby NCP private car park costs GBP 32 per 24 hours. Please note that the credit card used for the prepayment must be presented by the guest upon check in except payment is done via booking.com. If the guest is not able to provide the card used for the booking, a new payment will be required directly, while the previous card charged will be refunded. In case you wish to arrange a payment for someone else, please contact the hotel directly using the contact details on the booking confirmation. Please be advised that we do not sell alcohol in the hotel however guests are welcome to consume alcoholic beverages in their room. There is a supermarket just across the square and all bedrooms have glasses provided. Please note that when booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
