- I stayed at Bower House with a friend for two nights. We chose Bower House because of its perfect location which is a 10-minute-walk from Victoria station. However, the location was certainly the only good thing about our stay. It started when we arrived at the sister hotel to collect our keys. We got there at about 11:30 pm and nobody was st reception to open the door. We stood and waited outside for about 15 minutes with another guest who also wanted to check in. Afterwards we got into our basement room and we didnt feel very comfortable. The bed was way too small for two people, the mattress was uncomfortable, the paint was coming off the walls and there was a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. Also, the room was very cold at night and the small electric heater wasnt enough.
- The room was really comfortable and cosy. It had everything I needed and the breakfast was very delicious.
