Very very bad service

Cons -

After crossing main gate towards the room, too many cloth bags was there, it was smelling bed. I went upstairs for my room, I was not able to breathe properly because the bed smelled of the toilet. After entering the room, i was very disappointed. There are numerous stains on the walls of the room. The bed was such that it made a sound when walking on its side. I couldn't sleep in bed all night because of the sound. The sofa that was given, it seems that someone has brought it from the street. Among the 4 hangers provided for keeping clothes, 2 hangers were broken. I went out for a couple days to refresh, but I am totally disappointed by this room.
