Cons -
- the room didn't have heat...after reporting it it took 2 days to get a portable heater that was,worthless. Breakfast buffet too expensive. Don't know if 50 pound sterling deposit was,refunded for mini bar which I didn't use
- My watch was stolen in my room and also the room i reserved was not available i given a disable room
- I was meant to have a superior queen room but was given a double with disabled bathroom when I went bring this to the attention of the staff at the desk, they were very dismissive and kept me waiting a long time.
